The EKO supermarket chain is inviting a Head of Security Service to join its team.

Key responsibilities:

Organizing the work and monitoring the performance of duties by security staff;

Preventing theft and damage to goods by customers or store employees;

Resolving conflict situations on the sales floor;

Ensuring access control and checkpoint procedures in the store;

Planning work schedules for security personnel according to store needs;

Monitoring inventory counts and analyzing results in accordance with company regulations.

Candidate requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in security;

Responsibility, strong communication skills, and good physical condition;

PC skills.
