EKO Company is a dynamically developing supermarket chain specializing in the sale of food products and related goods. We are open to proposals for the lease and purchase of retail premises as well as land plots for the construction of shopping complexes in all regions of Ukraine.

Basic requirements for properties:

1. Real estate property

1.1. Stand-alone, built-in, or attached retail premises with an area from 500 sq m to 5,000 sq m. Ground floor and basement, or a second floor designated for technical facilities.
1.2. Location — on the “red line”, in areas of dense residential development, in cities with a population of 20,000 or more.
1.3. Mandatory availability of parking space, with convenient pedestrian and vehicle access.

2. Land plot

2.1. Plot area from 0.2 ha to 5 ha, free from engineering networks and green spaces, or with their minimal presence.
2.2. Location — on the “red line”, along major city highways, near shopping areas, public transport stops, and at intersections of vehicle and pedestrian flows.
