Announcement of a Tender for the Selection of Audit Firms of EKO LLC
The Audit Committee of EKO LLC (hereinafter — the Company), acting in accordance with Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities”, announces a tender for the selection of audit firms for appointment to provide mandatory audit services of the Company’s financial statements.
Task:
Conducting a mandatory audit of the financial statements of EKO LLC for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Start of submission of proposals: November 18, 2025
Deadline for submission of tender proposals: November 25, 2025, by 6:00 PM
Review of proposals: November 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM
Criteria for selecting an audit firm:
Ensuring a high quality of audit services for financial statements of an entity of public interest;
Compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities”;
Cost of audit services.
Documents required for participation in the tender:
Questionnaire containing:
Name of the audit firm, legal entity identification code, address, contact details (phone, e-mail, website), full name of the contact person;
Brief historical overview of the audit firm’s activities;
Ownership structure of the audit firm, including a list of participants with surname, name, patronymic (if applicable), country of citizenship, name, country of residence, and location;
Information on the number of employees (at least five auditors; total number of qualified full-time staff involved in assignments — not less than 10 persons, with at least two individuals confirming qualifications in accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities” or holding valid certificates/diplomas from professional organizations confirming advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards);
Information on qualified personnel (full names and certificate numbers);
Description of the audit firm’s experience.
Proposal form for conducting a mandatory audit of financial statements of public-interest entities.
Document confirming inclusion in the relevant section of the Register of Auditors and Audit Entities.
Copy of a valid Certificate of Quality Control System Inspection.
Copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations.
Information notice confirming that the remuneration received by the audit entity from each public-interest entity for mandatory audit services during the previous reporting year did not exceed 15% of the total audit services revenue.
Information notice confirming the absence of restrictions specified in Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities”.
Information notice confirming the absence of restrictions related to the duration of service provision to a public-interest entity.
Copy of the civil liability insurance agreement of the audit entity towards third parties for mandatory audit services (with relevant information recorded in the Register of Auditors and Audit Entities).
Draft Agreement for the Provision of Mandatory Audit Services.
Eligibility requirements:
Audit entities may participate in the tender if they:
comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities”dated December 21, 2017 No. 2258-VIII for auditors providing mandatory audit services to public-interest entities;
are included in the relevant section of the Register of Auditors and Audit Entities;
did not receive remuneration exceeding 15% of total audit services revenue from any single public-interest entity during the previous reporting year.
Audit entities that have not passed an external quality control system inspection or do not hold a valid quality control compliance certificate as of the announcement date are not allowed to participate. Proposals submitted by such entities will not be considered.
