Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Category Manager who will contribute to the development of our assortment and the improvement of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Category development;

Searching for suppliers and conducting negotiations;

Meeting customer needs with regard to product quality and price;

Achieving planned turnover and profit, and ensuring timely product deliveries;

Negotiating with suppliers, searching for new suppliers, concluding contracts and monitoring their fulfillment, improving commercial terms under existing agreements;

Ensuring stores are fully supplied with the assortment;

Pricing, market monitoring, and market analysis.

Skills:

Category analysis and planning;

Assortment management;

Pricing with consideration of the competitive environment;

Development of plans and activities to stimulate sales;

Supply management;

Ability to work with large volumes of information and apply an analytical approach.

Requirements:

Higher education;

At least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably with fresh product categories);

Confident PC user (Excel);

Attention to detail, proactivity, decision-making ability, analytical thinking;

Strong communication skills and good organizational abilities.
