We are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Chief Quality Specialist.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Food Safety Management System;

Participate in inspections conducted by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection; monitor corrective actions in stores; provide informational support on hygiene requirements for food handling, including the HACCP system;

Conduct periodic training on hygiene and staff health; prepare informational programs (presentations) to ensure effective learning for production staff;

Carry out internal audits of stores at scheduled intervals to confirm that the HACCP system meets established requirements, is effectively implemented, and properly maintained;

Analyze customer complaints and claims, identify root causes of non-conformities and quality issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions while monitoring their implementation;

Manage product withdrawal and recall procedures;

Process RASFF notifications (European Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed);

Participate in the selection and approval of cleaning and disinfecting agents for the retail network;

Approve labeling for own-import products and private label (PL) goods, and verify compliance with Ukrainian legislation based on quality and safety documentation provided.

Requirements:

Confident PC user;

Ability to work with office applications and corporate software;

Higher education in a food-related field (we are ready to consider Bachelor’s students in their 4th year or Master’s students in their 5th year);

Strong organizational skills, responsibility, communication skills, willingness to learn and absorb new information, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;

Willingness to travel on business 2–3 times per month as assigned by management;

Knowledge of HACCP food safety management standards, relevant legislative and regulatory acts, and methodological materials on quality and product safety management.
