About the position
What we expect:
At least 2 years of experience in managerial HR positions in companies with 500+ employees;
Experience working with management organizational structures and staffing plans;
Experience in developing and implementing standards and business processes;
Experience in recruiting personnel of various levels, implementing adaptation and motivation programs;
Ability to work quickly and accurately with large volumes of information;
Meticulousness and strong attention to detail;
Balanced and composed character.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination and control of the execution of the department head’s tasks across HR areas;
Recruitment, adaptation, and motivation of employees for development;
Support and maintenance of the organizational structure, implementation of changes, their control and approval;
Participation in the creation and implementation of the HR strategy;
Development and implementation of standards and business processes;
Organization of document flow, orders, and internal memos;
Planning work meetings and keeping minutes of meetings;
Managing the HR budget and planning personnel-related expenses;
Preparation and organization of corporate events;
Formation and development of corporate culture.
