We invite a qualified specialist to join our team for the position of Construction Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

Design and development of projects that comply with accessibility standards for new or renovated buildings, structures, and infrastructure facilities;

Control and audit: checking existing facilities for compliance with barrier-free accessibility requirements, identifying and eliminating obstacles;

Implementation of solutions: development and implementation of space adaptation solutions such as ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, tactile indicators, etc.;

Technical expertise: providing consultations and technical support on accessibility-related issues;

Compliance with standards: ensuring adherence to state building codes and standards related to inclusivity;

Planning and control of high-quality execution of works within scheduled maintenance and timely response to emergency situations;

Working with material requests submitted by the maintenance service staff; preparing budgets for the following month; controlling execution of the current month’s budget; preparing write-off acts, payment requests; working with contracts and suppliers.

Requirements:

Higher technical education (Construction Engineer);

Knowledge of building codes and standards, particularly those related to accessibility for people with disabilities;

Skills in design and development of engineering solutions;

Ability to analyze space and identify barriers;

Proficient PC user; knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word;

Responsibility and attention to detail.
