About the position
Expectations for our candidate:
Experience in building and managing a team;
Higher education (preferably in trade or economics);
At least 2 years of managerial experience in grocery retail;
Understanding of business economics, budgeting, financial planning, and marketing;
Skills in working with commercial performance indicators;
Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for results.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and controlling the store’s operational activities;
Merchandise management: control of goods receiving, markdowns, write-offs; product placement and supply control; ordering goods; analysis of commercial and economic indicators; achievement of planned targets;
Staff management: employee training, work planning, etc.;
Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all store operating standards (merchandising, inventory movement accounting, customer service, cash register operations, etc.);
Compliance with HACCP system standards and internal regulations.
