We are looking for a Head of Commercial Department (Confectionery, Grocery, Canned Goods).

Key responsibilities:

Organizing work aimed at improving planned turnover performance indicators;

Optimization and improvement of business processes;

Setting goals for subordinates and monitoring the achievement of turnover and company revenue targets; managing the department, including adaptation, motivation, and development of employees; setting KPIs and conducting regular performance evaluations;

Organizing interaction between the department and other divisions;

Analyzing performance results and providing timely and accurate reporting to the Commercial Director;

Developing and implementing improvements in the department’s operations (new tools and processes).

Requirements:

Proven successful experience in a similar position;

Advanced PC user, strong Excel skills;

Experience working with 1C;

Ability to work in a team, strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and stress resistance.
