We are looking for a Chief Design Engineer / Process Engineer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Layout development: Creating schematic layouts for store areas and preparing the pre-design stage.

Engineering systems: Designing internal HVAC systems — heating and ventilation, water supply and sewerage systems, and electrical engineering solutions.

Furniture and equipment layout: Designing the placement of checkout areas, shelving, and selecting retail equipment.

Documentation: Supporting design and as-built documentation, coordinating with contractors, and conducting designer’s supervision.

KEY SKILLS:

Higher technical education.

Knowledge of construction codes and standards, including those related to accessibility for people with disabilities.

Skills in designing and developing engineering solutions.

Ability to analyze space and identify obstacles.

Responsibility and attention to detail.

Development of planning solutions for retail sales areas.

Design of engineering networks, including ventilation, air conditioning, and power supply, as well as ergonomic placement of equipment in compliance with Ukrainian state construction standards.

Confident user of Outlook, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Ukrainian rules, regulations, and legislation in the field of construction.

EDUCATION / SPECIALIZATION:

Higher education in construction or civil engineering.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
