Official Rules of the Giveaway

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) define the procedure and conditions for participation in the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion / Giveaway”).

1.2. By participating in the Promotion, each individual confirms full ознакомлення with these Rules and unconditional agreement with them.

1.3. Terms and definitions:
– Organizer – Limited Liability Company “EKO”
– Partner – Limited Liability Company “TRADING HOUSE “AVANTA”
– Participant – an individual who has fulfilled the conditions of these Rules;
– Promotion – advertising campaign “Easter Cake, Sausage and a Chance to Win an Easter Gift at EKO MARKET”.

1.4. The Organizer and the Partner jointly ensure the conduct of the Promotion within the EKO MARKET store chain.

1.5. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Rules unilaterally by publishing updates on the website eko.com.ua.

1.6. Participants are advised to independently monitor changes to the Rules. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD AND LOCATION

3.1. Promotion period:
from March 23, 2026 to April 17, 2026 (inclusive).

3.2. Dates of prize draws:
– April 3, 2026
– April 10, 2026
– April 17, 2026

3.3. Location: all EKO MARKET stores (full list of addresses applies).

3.4. Promotion information:

4. PARTICIPANTS

4.1. Eligible participants: capable citizens of Ukraine aged 18 or older.

4.2. Not eligible:
a) employees of the Organizer;
b) affiliated persons and their relatives;
c) minors;
d) legally incapacitated persons.

5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

5.1. To participate, it is required to:
5.1.1. Download the EKO MARKET mobile application.
5.1.2. Make purchases during the Promotion period.
5.1.3. Present the app barcode at checkout.

5.2. Chances allocation:
– from UAH 500 — chance to win a bicycle;
– from UAH 1000 — chance to win a power station;
– from UAH 1500 — chance to win a smartphone.

5.3. One receipt = one chance in the respective draw level.

5.4. Number of chances is unlimited.

6. PRIZE FUND

6.1. Prize fund includes:
– iPhone 17 Pro Max — 3 units;
– BLUETTI AC180 power station — 3 units;
– KROSS bicycle — 3 units.

6.2. Cash equivalent is not provided.

6.3. The appearance of prizes may differ from promotional images.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE CLAIM

7.1. Winners are selected randomly using a specialized service.

7.2. Winners are notified via contact details specified in the app.

7.3. Identity verification is required to claim the prize.

7.4. Prizes are handed over personally to winners.

7.5. Transfer of prize rights to third parties is not allowed.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

8.1. Participants consent to the processing of personal data.

8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for:
– technical failures;
– user errors;
– inability to contact the winner.

8.3. The Organizer has the right to:
– refuse participation in case of violation of the Rules;
– refuse to award a prize if conditions are not met.

8.4. Participants agree to the use of their data in promotional materials without additional compensation.

9. OTHER TERMS

9.1. All taxes are paid in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

9.2. In case of disputes, the Organizer’s decision is final.

9.3. The Organizer’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
