We are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Training Manager.
About the position
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in training and development (retail or mass personnel is an advantage);
Understanding of the full training cycle: needs assessment, planning, launch, completion control, and results evaluation;
Experience in developing training materials (instructions, presentations, tests, case studies);
Mandatory: experience administering an LMS, preferably Collaborator, including:
Creating and configuring courses and training programs;
Adding users, managing groups, roles, and access rights;
Assigning training (mass and individual);
Monitoring completion and managing overdue training;
Generating reports and analytics (completion rates, scores, coverage);
Supporting users and coordinating with IT regarding access or technical issues;
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables are desirable);
грамотна усна та письмова українська — sorry must be English:
Strong written and verbal Ukrainian communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with stores, regions, and head office;
Self-organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with deadlines.
Will be an advantage:
Experience conducting webinars or training sessions;
Experience with e-learning tools (SCORM, course builders, video lessons);
Experience launching mandatory training programs (Occupational Safety, HACCP, service standards).
